OKChexian is first in China to research and develop Smartphone Based Telematics technology in China and holds the national patent. By monitoring GPS and various censors within the smartphone, plus refined algorithm, the technology can detect driving behavior such as acceleration, harsh brakes, harsh turning, phone use during driving and etc.

OKDrive Dashboard is a web based interface with helps the developers to see their users’ driving behavior. Each driving trip is laid out in map, with labels on certain incidences such as acceleration, harsh brakes, harsh turning, phone use and etc. The developers can also replay driving trips and see the car driving through the map at accelerated speed.

OKDrive is a SDK published in Jan, 2016 to enable other developers with ability to monitor their users’ driving behavior and offer innovative services and products. The SDK supports both iOS and Android. It runs 24/7 in the background of operation system and costs only 3% of battery. Data are mostly uploaded through WiFi and data usage is lower than 200K per month.

OKDrive API is a set of API’s that transfer data through data tunnels on the go. These API’s can help developers provide real time services as the users are driving or have just parked their cars. Standard API’s include beginning and ending of a trip, labeled driving behaviors, travelling incidences such like traffic jam and crash, and stats like mileage and average speed.
